The above mentioned's younger brother. Dropped out of high school on the first day to be with his lover. He has now returned and is now Mika Harima's boyfriend until he retrieves Celty's head once more.

* CharacterDevelopment: By the beginning of the second season, he learned to be not so reckless and acting without thinking before. He also began treating Mika as a person and not just as a girl with the face of the head he loves.

* {{Fanboy}}: To Kasuka and his films, [[EvenTheGuysWantHim also he has no problem in stating he is a hot guy]]. He claims being a fan to Ruri’s make-up skills too.
* FlatCharacter: There is nothing to him beyond being a {{Yandere}} who has two other {{Yandere}}s attracted to him. That's it. However this is [[AvertedTrope averted]] in the light novels where he let see some of his HiddenDepths, but such caracteristics [[AdaptationDecay were not shown in the anime adaptation]].

* HyperAwareness: As a part of his CharacterDevelopment, he began paying more attention to his surroundings and other people behaviors: how he reacted in front of Mika, Mikado and Akabayashi are good examples of this.

* ALoveToDismember: Dude fell in love with a head. It's like he's competing with Shinra for the title "Lover of the Uniquely Beautiful." Which makes it more funny since technically they are not competing despite being in love with the same woman.

* SelectiveObliviousness: He's in love with a severed head named Celty, and doesn't comment on the headless body named Celty running around. He has been shown to be more aware of things than people expect, so it's likely he's in the same situation as Shinra, only caring about one half of Celty and ignoring the other half.

Seiji's girlfriend. At first believed to be Celty's missing head in a new body, she is later revealed to be Mika Harima given plastic surgery to have Celty's face and make Seiji like her.

* AccompliceByInaction: Right after she confessed Namie that [[spoiler:she had been stalking everyone in the series]] she scolded her saying that a lot of conflicts surrounding her friends would have been resolved if she had decided to intervene, and while Mika agreed with that, she stated that keeping Seiji safe is the most important to her... even so, she wasn't entirely happy with taking that decision.

* BrokenAce: Pretty (even before the surgery), popular, intelligent, athletic, good with computers and electronic devices… to bad she only uses her skills [[spoiler:to stalk everyone related to her boyfriend in order to protect him.]]
