* SlapstickKnowsNoGender: Her losing animation has her, Dave, and Xavier being caught in an explosion that leaves them covered in AshFace. In Devilotte's case, it also causes her to suffer comedic ClothingDamage that leaves one of her feet completely barefoot and her other foot reduced to just a damaged sock with her toes sticking out. This was also used in ''VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcomClashOfSuperHeroes'', where she is featured as an AssistCharacter with Dave and Xavier.

A HumongousMecha version of Akuma from the ''Franchise/StreetFighter series'', it is a Variant Armor developed by Princess Devilotte's father. Zero Akuma is a secret unlockable GuestFighter only available in the console version of ''Cyberbots''. It fights in the same style as Akuma does in ''Street Fighter'' and it can even use his signature super, the Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon).

* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: She seems to genuinely care for Dave and Xavier, who care about her in return, despite often getting mad at them. She also loved her father, and was saddened when she accidentally killed him.

* HotBlooded: In ''Cyberbots'', Jin is generally more toned down, but he certainly has a strongly passionate personality shown in the story. In Capcom Vs games, it goes UpToEleven.

Princess of a space pirate empire. Devilotte is a SpoiledBrat who hopes to one day rule the galaxy. She is uninvolved in the conflict of the story, but attacks other fighters to try and defeat them so she can steal their VAs. She has two lackeys, Dave and Xavier. She also has a crush on Gawaine.

* HarmlessVillain: Zigzagged. She actually is a competent individual and can be a pretty decent opponent, but for all her self-proclaimed evilness, she doesn't actually do anything that evil. Her crimes in the story amount to trying to steal the other characters' VAs to add to her collection. For the most part, she doesn't actually seem interested in harming anyone. Couple this with her SpoiledBrat personality, and she's little more than a thief and an extreme annoyance at worst.

{{Patricide}}: Prior to the events of the story, she got into an argument with her father since she wanted to marry Gawaine despite him being a hero, which her father disapproved of (nevermind the fact that he's several decades older than her and isn't even interested in her to begin with, meaning it would never work out in the first place). They got into a fight using their VAs and she accidentally killed him. Before dying, he punished her by only giving her 300 yen until she could inherit the empire. She was clearly not happy about either of these things.

* RedIsHeroic: Blodia is colored in red and is piloted by the main character Jin Saotome. Alternatively, its second player color is in blue, so it can also qualify for BlueIsHeroic too.

* CloseRangeCombatant: Blodia specializes in getting up close to the opponent and dishing out damage to them. It has plenty of good moves for pressuring and has some long ranged moves to hit afar. Its character variants, Swordsman and Riot, also focus heavily on fighting in close range. In other Capcom Vs games, Jin Saotome also counts as this because his moves were created to fight in close range.

* HotBlooded: In ''Cyberbots'', Jin's hot-bloodedness isn't on big levels and is more toned down, but he certainly has shown his hot-blooded personality in the story. In Capcom Vs games, it goes UpToEleven.

* KatanasAreJustBetter: He wields one in a promotional artwork where everyone is going up against a rampaging Devilotte in her Super-8 VA. And in his Capcom Vs appearances, he pulls out the same sword for his win pose.

After hearing about what happened to his father in a colony accident one year ago, he leaves from a space colony to Earth to hone his skills as a VA Pilot at the VA Battle Circuit and to find answers as to what exactly happened to his father. He pilots the BX-02 Blodia. Blodia also has two other character variations with different parts: BX-04S Swordsman and BX-07R Riot.

* NiceGuy: Hot-blooded tendencies aside, he's a good guy who only wishes to find the truth about his father. He respects Gawain as his close family friend and mentor, he helps save innocent civilians in Gawaine's story ending, and he also saves Arieta from her uncontrolled VA mecha during his story. And when he fights, he only does it to protect himself and to stop evil doers.
