Quickstrike is a psychotic MixAndMatchCritter of a cobra and a scorpion. While boastful, he was far from the Badass he claimed to be, and often ended up playing a relatively minor roll of shooting at Maximals from the sidelines. His allegiances were fairly obviously to the person who gave him the most chances to fight, but after Bonecrusher defected from the Maximals, he wouldn't do anything without his best friend.

* TheBrute: Personality-wise he fits the trope well but he is far from the toughest or strongest Predacon.

* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: All the times she's been cut, shot at, and nearly crushed would beg to differ.

* ExactlyWhatIAimedAt: During one shootout, he completely misses the Predacons. But that's because he was shooting at the cliff above them so he could bury them in an avalanche.

A Fuzor -- a mix of two creatures, in this case, a wolf and an eagle. As such, he's very brave and very noble, putting others before himself, especially those he cares about, ESPECIALLY Blackarachnia. Despite his love for an enemy, he's a very loyal Maximal and very dedicated to his friends and teammates. Blackarachnia is the only Predacon he really cares for, if only because he's secretly got a crush on her -- even though it's not much of a secret, as all the Maximals know this -- and after the incident with TransMutate, he briefly has no beef with Rampage.

* CavemanSpeak: Just like his namesake, though here it can be attributed to a glitch in his stasis pod.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: His first line establishes him as someone that doesn't respect rules or authority:

* PreMortemOneLiner/FamousLastWords: When he kills Rampage

Bantor was one of the other two Fuzors on the Maximal team a hundred years ago. His Beast Form was a mix of a mandrill and a tiger. He was close friends with Cheetor and Air Hammer despite their differing personalities – Cheetor was young and hyperactive, Air Hammer was a fake surfer dude, and Bantor was more calm and in tune with nature. According to Rattrap, he and Air Hammer were killed by the Predacons when they had their molecules torn apart, though they still contact the other Maximals from the Spirit World from time to time.

* EnemyMine: The Predacons team up with the Maximals in the first movie after Magamatron destroys the Predacon base.

* FauxAffablyEvil: Just like his original counterpart, this Megatron's veneer of politeness does practically nothing to change the fact that he's a remorseless sociopath with an ego the size of Cybertron itself. The only difference is that Megatron here has ''none'' of his canon counterpart's charisma, making it exceedingly clear that he has nothing but malice towards anyone and everyone in his path.

* NearVillainVictory: Several times. For all of his intelligence and chessmastering, he just can't win for definite. A good example is when he nearly takes over the Maximal base with his Dinobot clone and before then, with the help of a Starscream-possessed Waspinator. Both times end in failure for one reason or another.

--> Megatron? Megatron is dead. You saw to that yourself, Tarantulas. I have a new name now. You should learn it before you die. I am Galvatron.
--> Say goodbye to the universe, Maximals, yess. The Autobots lose. Darkness triumphs. And you NO LONGER EXIST!

* BadBoss: Even worse than before. Before he would just give his troops a tongue-lashing and only torture and/or kill them if they deserved it, but now? He'll gleefully torture his own troops for the pettiest of reasons and will kill them without a second thought.

* CantCatchUp: Once the [=TransMetals and TransMetal-Twos=] started popping up, he found himself becoming quickly obsolete.

As of right now, which means that Cow-Bot and Two-Head can go ahead and --

A black widow spider. Describing herself as hot, poisonous, and deadly, she knows how to use her feminine charm to get what she wants, usually from Silverbolt. She also knows how to kick your ass and let you know it. A carry over from the original series is her relationship with Silverbolt, which leads her to betraying Galvatron at the end of the second season, and it leads to her death.

* ManipulativeBitch: She's perfectly fine with playing on Silverbolt's feelings for her own reasons[[BecomingTheMask until she develops such feelings herself]].

* PoisonousPerson: She tends to shoot people with cybervenom, when she isn't using her machine guns.

* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: Again, she ends up with [[KnightInShiningArmor Silverbolt]], it takes him some time to get her to drop her emotional guard, but his nobility hits a soft spot with her. Makes sense, when you consider that A. She was originally a Maximal protoform and B. She's been surrounded by nothing more than selfish psychopaths and is probably tired of it all.

* EvilIsBurningHot: Inferno is both a fire ant and a raging [[{{Pyromaniac}} pyromaniac]].

** PyroManiac: He's not called "Inferno" for nothing. But again, he is a delicious inversion of this Generation One namesake, who was an Autobot, sane, and a ''fire truck''.

* EvilCounterpart: To Silverbolt. Both are MixAndMatchCritters with an unusual code of honour and regard for the ladies, though in his case it's an evil {{Cowboy}} as opposed to a KnightInShiningArmor.

* {{Jerkass}}: He's notably one of the few Maximal protoforms who didn't need a Predacon shell programme to join the latter faction. [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold But he does genuinely care for Bonecrusher.]]

* LeeroyJenkins: No restraint, no subtlty, and ''lots'' of love for violence.

* OhCrap: "I don't like the looks of this!"

* TheSociopath: Very low functioning; Quickstrike is a nasty, impulsive, violent little snake who doesn't really care about anyone.

* UnwittingPawn: Quickstrike's many personality flaws make him extremely easy to manipulate. So much so that a good chunk of the characters use him and his buddy to do their dirty work.

* PapaBear: He's not afraid to give even Optimus Primal a piece of his mind about his daughter's escapades.

* BigBrotherWorship/BigSisterWorship: After hearing about her adventures, he comes to really look up to his big sister.

* {{Expy}}: For Megatron(duh). He was also written with some hints of Naraku.

* FauxAffablyEvil: Just like his original counterpart, this Megatron's veneer of politeness does practically nothing to change the fact that he's a remorseless sociopath with an ego the size of Cybertron itself. The only difference is that Megatron has ''none'' of his canon counterpart's charm or charisma, instead packing a cruel streak a mile wide and zero concern for anything and everything that doesn't bend the knee to him.

* FauxAffablyEvil: He's far from the charming and charismatic version he was in the original series. This Megatron is meant to give you nightmares.

* MartialPacifist: Optimus would much rather be off exploring the universe than fighting a war.

Grimlock came out of one of the last stasis pods to be found active. He scanned the fossil of a Tyrannosaurus Rex to make his Beast Form. Throughout his debut episode, his Beast Form took over, and it took Victoria talking to him to get him to realize who he was. Like his namesake, he has a bit of a speech impediment, but he's not The Brute or Dumb Muscle; he's fairly intelligent, it just doesn't seem like it. His attitude is that of a big kid -- someone who just wants to have a good time with his friends and not hurt anyone unless they absolutely deserve it.

After he got his ass handed to him by Optimus at the start of the second movie, Tarantulas left Megatron for dead. What Tarantulas didn't account for was Megatron being dumped right next to an Energon deposit, which altered his body, making him larger and giving him a new form -- a dragon -- and a new name: Galvatron. While Galvatron was FauxAffablyEvil, Galvatron is borderline psychotically evil to the point where even his own troops wonder if he's all there. With this new form, his master plan changes to rewriting history so that the Decepticons win the Great War, thus making it so that the Predacons rule the galaxy. He doesn't care how he does this; he'll change reality itself if that's what it takes.

* JetPack: Not just a pack; his TransMetal form allows him to turn into a small jet.

* LookWhatICanDoNow: He adjusts to his new TransMetal body much faster than any other Maximal or Predacon save for Optimus.

* CantCatchUp: Once the TransMetals and TransMetal-Twos started popping up, he found himself becoming quickly obsolete.

* HealingFactor / NighInvulnerable: Since he has an immortal spark based on Starscream's, he can't be killed by normal means. His body would heal from all but catastrophic damage in seconds. Depth Charge stabbing a shard of raw Energon straight through it, setting off a massive explosion, seems to do the trick.

* TheJuggernaut: He's a NighInvincible ImplacableMan who can shrug off anything thrown at him -- bullets, missiles, lasers, etc.

His Beast Form is that of a large scarab. He's perhaps the most loyal Predacon to Megatron and later on, Galvatron. He would lay down his life for his lord and master, despite the fact that his lord could kill him in a moment's notice. After seeing the TransMetal driver in action, he allows himself to become a TransMetal-2. He's killed by Dinobot during the final battle.
