The Student Council President's NumberTwo, first seen in a flashback in Episode 2 and fully introduced in Episode 11. However, she is hardly ever at the office.

Olivia's {{Otaku}} older brother who dropped by during Episode 9 to resolve the issue of his sister's confiscated manga.

* NiceGuy: Is actually quite friendly and charming despite his overtly perverted tendencies. He also adores his littlesister as much as she does.
* NoNameGiven: Is only ever referred to as "Olivia's brother", unlike his little sister who gets an actual first name. Even their parents refer to him as Onii-chan.

* PhenotypeStereotype: Greatly downplayed in comparison to his sister; unlike Olivia, his hair is black (which adds to his overall image as a stereotypical Japanese {{Otaku}}), but he does have blue eyes like she does.

* ManipulativeBastard: They can easily outmaneuver the Pastimers Club when they try and confirm their gender. Later on, they bribe them into stealing the Banana Papers containing records of the Club's (specifically, Hanako's) shenanigans. Once Tsugumi gets their hands on it, they decide to use the information as future leverage over the Club.

* DumbBlonde: She isn't studious like Hanako and Kasumi, who is only bad in English, and is consistently the most scatterbrained member of the Pastimers Club.

* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: Her long, blonde locks is one of her many unique features amongst the cast.

* InnocentBlueEyes: Another one of her many distinctive features and her baby blue eyes match her cute and childish personality.

* OnlySaneMan: Despite being the [[BookDumb least studious]] of the three main characters, Olivia is often the only one with her head screwed on properly, and is more often than not completely flabbergasted by whatever antics Hanako and Kasumi get into. Apart from her [[{{Fauxreigner}} trying to be a foreigner]], she also doesn't have any major "issue", unlike her two friends.

* SituationalSociability: Olivia is actually incredibly shy and awkward, but is able to express herself better by speaking in broken accents. She eventually becomes perfectly comfortable with Hanako and Kasumi, but still regularly falls back on her fake dialects with strangers, both consciously and unconsciously.

* BigBrotherWorship: Olivia has a glowing opinion of her older brother despite him being an overweight, amazingly embarrassing and shameless {{Otaku}}. It does help that he ''was'' academically excellent and is quite the charmer on the phone, [[spoiler: plus saved her from a vampire curse when she was younger]]. Her love for him is so strong that [[spoiler: she was able to recognize him despite [[IWasQuiteALooker having sacrificed his good looks]] and their parents unable to recognize him]].

* GratuitousEnglish: Fujiwara peppers her (predominantly) Japanese speech with occasional English words, sometimes multiple times per sentence. That said, her pronunciation of English words is quite good thanks to her voice actress being fluent in the language.

* SurprisinglyGoodEnglish: Fujiwara tends to [[GratuitousEnglish insert English words into her speech and inner monologue]]. That being said, hers is actually very good for a Japanese speaker, though always spoken in a [[CreepyMonotone dull monotone]] with [[EmphasisOnTheWrongSyllable emphasis sometimes being placed on the wrong syllable]]. Notably, she's the only character to refer to English as such instead of the common ''eigo'' that everyone else uses. This is justified in that her voice actress, Shuu Uchida, was raised in Australia.

* DoesNotLikeMen: Kasumi is an extreme androphobe, having the assumption that men would fire [[EnergyWeapon Frickin' Laser Beams]] from their groin when turned on. When she meets Maeda for the first time, she reacts to him suddenly appearing behind Hanako by slashing at him with an umbrella. Given that she's not fazed by Hanako's younger brother Kentarou and (possibly) Tsugumi, however, it may have also have to do with being distrustful around sketchy men, such as Maeda and Olivia's otaku brother.

* BadassBaritone: A nice bonus by virtue of him being voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa.

* ACupAngst: Hanako is ''really'' flat, which is passed down from her mother. When measured in Episode 12, Hanako's measurements add up to a AA cup size, which is ''even smaller than A''. Not helping matters is how it is vastly overshadowed by Kasumi's GagBoobs, who adds fuel to the fire by her constant DCupDistress.

* GagBoobs: Played with. While Kasumi undoubtedly has the largest breasts among the Pastimers Club, they aren't all ''that'' huge normally, let alone the subject of much discussion, unless they are brought up in conjunction with Hanako's ACupAngst, whereupon they seem to quadruple in size.

* GirlyGirlWithATomboyStreak: Despite being the most outwardly feminine of the Pastimers Club, she has a passionate love of sumo wresting and is distraught when she learns that only men can become sumo wrestlers.

* SenseiChan: She's a sweet, kind teacher who's also a pushover, has a huge ChristmasCake complex, and still hasn't grown out of her love for romantic shoujo manga. The Pastimers Club like her a lot, but at the same time they don't have much respect for her as a teacher since they're quick to bring up that she's still single.

* ChristmasCake: She has a huge complex over not being married yet (especially considering three-fifths of her female friends during high school are already married), and at one point notes that she's older than her mom was when she gave birth to her. A RunningGag consists on her having Music/FelixMendelssohn's [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wedding_March_(Mendelssohn) Wedding March]] as her phone ring tone, further showing how fixated she is on the issue.
