** TheBigGuy - Vaike, slower than most and cocky, but strong in physical prowess and warm-hearted. Weapon is an axe.
** TheSmartGuy - Lon'qu, a quiet man with excellent observational skills as opposed to raw power. Weapon is a sword.
** TheHeart - Stahl, all-around pleasant guy with no great talent in one area, but all around. Weapons are swords & lances.
** SixthRanger - Gaius, not a trained soldier and tecnically a rough, but a cautious and helpful ally. Prefers to avoid direct combat.

** BigGuy - Vaike, slower than most and cocky, but strong in physical prowess and warm-hearted. Weapon is an axe.
** SmartGuy - Lon'qu, a quiet man with excellent observational skills as opposed to raw power. Weapon is a sword.

* {{Asexuality}}: He ''is'' technically attracted to women but, as Cameron points out, Chrom appears to lack any form of sex drive in general let alone a need to satisfy it. Neither Chrom nor Robin argue this point, either. He could be classified as a Romantic Asexual, perhaps.

* PluckyComicRelief: Quite often despite her serious moments - and quite necessary too, since the story was getting quite dark and serious given the CharacterDeath and the expanding of the MythArc. Cynthia's presence just makes things ''sunnier'' than they would be without her.

* NecessaryEvil: [[spoiler:He's kept alive as a prisoner for the time being because the Ylissean army needs his knowledge about the Valmese Empire.]]

* ThrowTheDogABone: Cameron would show a lot of concern (and internalised guilt) whenever he FailedASpotCheck due to Kellam's... condition, and his efforts to include Kellam lead to him [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments finding a place in the Shepherds among some of the guys]].

* KnightTemplarBigSister: Her reaction to learning that [[spoiler:Mal - who she dislikes on principle - is dating Severa]] is for her to prepare to ''kill'' the perpetrator - or commit maiming at the very least. [[spoiler:Severa]] calls her out on it. She's also pretty touchy when [[spoiler:Cameron fights her father.]] This is also true to her personality in the games - she's an Adorkable SociallyAwkwardHero with HeroWorshipper tendencies regarding her father.

* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: Eiryss actually has preexisting combat skill and did not augment herself, so Giomatti is the weakest of all the Alternates - strong, but not supernaturally so like the rest. There's also the fact that Eiryss [[spoiler:is a KidFromTheFuture (albeit from a different future than the one the others originate from).]]

* BadassPrincess: [[spoiler:Her marriage to Chrom makes her a Princess of Ylisse, since Emmeryn's still alive as Exalt in this timeline (and according to Tom/Xane, Emmeryn might in fact survive all the way this time around - no word on if she'll have children to succeed her or if Chrom will later on, though.]]
