I\'m kind of new here, but you seem to have missunderstood the fundamental concept of the scale. It\'s a measurment of scientific accuracy. And what little exotic technology does appear is as accurate as one could desire, handled with full consistency, and newtonian physics are obeyed to the letter. A space opera pehaps, but a scientifically accuarate one. It most certainly deserves it\'s third-level rating.
