- There\'s no doubt that Jacob was by far the least popular love interest in ME 2. I think we can assume that Jacob\'s behavior in ME 3 had a lot to do with that. If that had happened to Garrus, there would have been an uproar. So that\'s something that should be considered.

I don\\\'t know, but if he is, that\\\'s more of a reflection on the fan base than the developers. So that\\\'s something that should be considered.

- Throughout the story, a male Shepard doesn\'t really make any of the first moves. Shepard can prod them in the right direction, but Liara and Tali outright admit their feelings, Ashley and Kelly flirt with Shepard, Jack propositions him for sex, and Miranda speaks about how much she admires him. I think this is important, because Steve is the first male friend Shepard comes across that both the player and Shepard know is gay right from the start. It\'s also important because things might be different playing as a female Shepard, which ties into how female homosexuality is treated differently than male homosexuality. I know Shepard has to make the first move with Garrus.
