Drr Drr Drr can only be speculated. But i think, that it is not a noise made by the abomination that is coming out; I think the DRR was supposed to represent the body sliding against the rock around it. For every Drr, the body moved a few feet. Then it repeats, moving closer and closer to the entrance.
