1) The helicopter is explicitly described by the MC demonstrating it as a \\\"stealth\\\" helicopter that is hardened against EMP. That is the reason why they stole it in the first place, as the movie later shows that Trevelyan has another perfectly good helicopter he could have used.

2) Setting aside that it was a \\\'\\\'\\\'stealth\\\'\\\'\\\' helicopter and Italy could likely not have found it to shoot down if they wanted to, Trevelyan is explicitly shown using his train to transport and launch a helicopter. It is not a huge leap to guess that he smuggled it across Russia that way. Also Janus/Trevelyan is explicitly described as a \\\"arms smuggler\\\" so he could have taken it any number of ways without flying it. The scenes are explicitly not consecutive - Bond is being arrested in Monte Carlo in one, and the next he\\\'s in London at MI6.

3) It. is. a. Bond. movie. The technology in it is fictional, that\\\'s one of the core Tropes of the series. In this movie alone we had a BMW Z3 which allegedly carried Stinger missiles, a ball point pen grenade, a belt that shoots a grappling hook zipline, a watch with a laser that cuts through steel, and a massive radio telescope underneath a lake. It\\\'s not a plot hole, and it\\\'s not a mistake by the filmmakers.

This is a fan theory. It\'s never been stated in the books or by Rowling that Lily\'s total lack of resistance was important, or that Voldemort\'s willingness to spare her for Snape\'s sake was key, or any number of other things that fans have come up with to explain why things happened the way they did. As far as I can remember, the only thing that\'s ever mentioned is that Harry is protected because Lily\'s sacrifice is powerful magic.

This is a fan theory. It\'s never been stated in the books or by Rowling that the lack of resistance was important or that Voldemort\'s willingness to spare her for Snape\'s sake was key or any number of other things that fans treat as consensus. As far as I know, the only thing that\'s ever mentioned is that Harry is protected because Lily\'s sacrifice is powerful magic.
