The original edit states that the complaint came from Japanese fans towards the show\'s creators. That is very explicitly a Japanese-US comparison, and that is worth writing an entry about on its own merit. Conflating a single incident across as many cultures as the original entry does is a really bad idea unless the post is well worded to show that the conflation is valid. The original post was really bad at that. It was easier to narrow the entry down to the specific incident it was talking about.

No. Not even close. You\'re ignoring both the wording of the original edit and what my edit reason stated was the problem with that wording. My edit wasn\'t related to the fact that many Asian cultures have specific chopstick etiquette. It was based on the fact that the edit seemed to be driven solely by a Japanese example.
