Alrighty then, how\\\'s this for a draft?

\\\"A DirectToVideo film that goes by the name of \\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'Bobbleheads: The Movie\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\' is pervasive proof that, despite Creator/Netflix producing some pretty good films such as \\\'\\\'Animation/NextGen\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'WesternAnimation/OverTheMoon\\\'\\\', it still remains a fertile breeding ground for this kind of bottom-of-the-barrel drivel. The animation would barely be passable on most modern CGI animated series, let alone a feature-length film; the character models and just about everything else look rough and unpolished, and several of the bobblehead characters (most notably the bobblehead version of Music/{{Cher}}) can seem like the UncannyValley given form at times. The bobbleheads\\\'...heads also jiggle around almost constantly, which can get extremely distracting and irritating to look at. But the \\\'\\\'writing\\\'\\\' is irredeemably hellish in almost every aspect. In a plot you\\\'ve likely heard [[ClicheStorm a million times before]], the eponymous bobbleheads [[LivingToys come to life when nobody\\\'s looking]]. It initially seems like the plot is going to follow the the equally worn-out [[WhenYouComingHomeDad \\\"kid gets workaholic parents to pay attention to them\\\"]] route, but this is almost entirely abandoned just a few minutes into the film, only coming back briefly near the end; several other plot points fall victim to the same fate, being picked up and dropped moments later. Instead, the plot (ostensibly) follows a cat bobblehead named Purrbles, a skater bobblehead and some sort of {{Animesque}} ReiAyanamiExpy-looking machine-hybrid-abomination...thing bobblehead named Ikioi protecting their owners\\\' house from the father\\\'s estranged brother, who breaks in with his wife. This seemingly interesting premise is squandered by the characters doing [[{{Padding}} a whole bunch of nothing, which leads to more nothing, which leads to yet MORE nothing.]] Said characters are quite one-dimensional as well; when they\\\'re not being mostly-flat characters, they\\\'re engaging in [[DesignatedHero morally ambiguous acts]], such as {{Gaslighting}} one of the intruders and stealing assorted items from their owners. What little personality they \\\'\\\'do\\\'\\\' have makes them even less tolerable; Purrbles is an [[SmugSnake arrogant,]] thieving {{Jerkass}}, Ikioi is like if [[WesternAnimation/ToyStory Buzz Lightyear]] [[HairTriggerTemper went berserk at the smallest slights,]] and the skater bobblehead partakes in the usage of [[TotallyRadical extremely outdated slang.]] The movie also mentions supplementary materials and characters the bobbleheads were based on, among other things such as a (quite nonsensical) \\\"bobble creed.\\\" However, none of this is explained in detail in any way, so it leaves the audience in utter confusion as to what any of these elements are (in turn making the appearance of the bobblehead Cher even more of a BigLippedAlligatorMoment.) Put this multitude of shortcomings in a food processor, set to \\\"puree\\\" for a few minutes, and the result is this sludge pile of a film. As if to add insult to injury, this movie missed the bobblehead gravy train by about five years. Interestingly, several Creator/{{Disney}} alumni and the art director of the below \\\'\\\'WesternAnimation/{{Foodfight}}\\\'\\\' were involved in this film. See Saberspark put the screws to it [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwe7GZcQi24 here]] and Stoned Gremlin Productions suffer through it [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHfuqpvvZ6E here.]]\\\"
