I think that plastic/ polymers/ rubber would be a great addition to the list. Moreover for water... further detailed inclusion such as surface water/ ground water/ sea water manipulation would be more elaborate. Similar with Earth/ solid variants, Liquid properties such as solutions, suspensions, colloids and dispersion (aerosols, sols, emulsion, gel) would be more profound. How about fabric manipulation?
