Absolutely disagree with Weiss and Ilia. Ruby and Oscar have a far better claim to the {{moe}} trope than either Weiss or Ilia, and I wouldn\'t support Ruby and Oscar for the trope either. The examples you use for Weiss and Ilia can apply to every single protagonist student in the show. Even the \'tough\' ones like Yang get the \'endearing, huggable\' moments. That\'s PSOC, not {{moe}}
