The main characters have much bigger portofolios than any of the secondary characters, so I think they should a separate page and individual folders. The page for the Main characters should only have the main characters from each series.

The main characters have much bigger portofolios than any of the secondary characters, so I think they should a separate page and individual folders. The Characters/InazumaElevenMain subpage should have the main characters from each series (the All-Stars from the original series, Tenma, Tsurugi, Shindou and Shinsuke from \'\'GO\'\' and the three protagonists from \'\'Ares\'\').
The managers from all series should also get a separate page from the boys, not because of the size of their portofolios, but because they have their own set of tropes different from the boys.
The coaches will currently go to the Other characters subpage, which also needs to be better organized after we add more characters to it.
The characters from the Football Frontier, The Threat of Invaders and Football Frontier International folders will be moved to the Characters/InazumaElevenSupportingCharacters subpage and the supporting characters in each series should be split depending on the series. They might be reorganized differently in the future, (like the villains getting their own page for example) but this is how I suggest to organize them currently.
