The difference in my mind between Arthur-Charlotte and Boyd-Nolan is that there's a very specific thing you can point to with Boyd and Nolan as the one reason they don't fit, or the one non traditional thing going on. And then the rest of it is in line with their predecessors. Namely, they don't know each other so they don't join at the same time. But they have the personalities, and stats you, so you can make a case for them.

Arthur-Charlotte, everything is non traditional. They don't know each other, they don't have the personalities, they don't have the stats. The only thing you can swing is that in Revelations they join in the same chapter.
