openCan't find the tv series Anime
This was a tv series I used to watch in the early 2000s. This contain three main characters a boy, a rabbit and a girl living in a village. The rabbit also have two hands and legs but has a rabbit head. The girl will be girl in the nights and a deer in the day. In each episode all the three go for an adventure to oppose a villain and find something in their journey and give to a statue of a goddess which has a bowl. And in the final episode it is revealed that the goddess and the villain are both wife and husband.
Edited by MuraliopenCant find the movie!
This was a TV series , i think aired around 2007 (don't quote me on that) The main protagonist looks through his missing dad's room in the first episode , and accidentally breaks a vase open , in the vase he finds a pendant or something , i can't remember how it looked like. But this item held a monster of sorts that could connect to the protagonist's back and help him to fly. The protagonist then meets a guy who gives him another monster or something , while they are being chased by a secret service of sorts. This show made up alot of my childhood , and it would help if anyone knew this show! thanks in advance!
openElemental hero show with a talking lizard
I remember this one show, but I can't recall the title I remember there was a group of kids/teens who could go into another dimension, and turn into elemental monsters It had this sentient lizard who helped them out, and was in the place they used to go into the other world And I'm pretty sure it had geo in the name Does this ring a bell to anyone else, and if so do you remember the title
openTwo games Videogame
I used to like to watch family members play games when I was young, and there is a couple games I vaguely remember but I don't know what games they are. In the first one, at one point you come across a bunch of snakes in trees, and either the main character or the narrator makes a reference to Harry Potter. I'm not sure what exactly he says, but I think he says something about wishing there was someone there who could speak snake? I think this was a point and click adventure game on the PC
All I remember of the other game is my father being upset because he got stuck in it, and found out they deliberately made it unwinnable if you did something incorrectly earlier in the game, which he had done. It was for the PC, and I'm pretty sure you could switch between a (i think dark haired but not sure) male character and (I think possibly blond?) female character either during the same level or alternate levels, and it may have been a point and click adventure.
I might have gotten a detail wrong because these are really vague memories...
openScars and Non-Lethal KO? Videogame
I swear I remember there being a videogame where being KO'd in it would leave a permanent scar of some kind. Similar to the "injuries" thing in the Dragon Age series, only permanent, and probably cosmetic?
openUNDERWATER SCHOOL OF FISH Anime

Edited by CookieBouldersopenMovie from my daughter's childhood Anime
My daughter has been trying to remember the name of this movie for a few years now so I thought I'd give this a try. The only facts she can remember is that an older man is riding a bicycle (kind of favors the mad hatter) and he comes to this house. The family that lives in the house is about to leave for vacation. They drive a red station wagon. They leave and the man goes into the house. They forgot something so they come right back and the man hides in the house. Then all she remembers is at some point and time some of the appliances come to life. It is animated and there is some music (she thinks) Your help would be greatly appreciated.
openObscure dating documentary/series Live Action TV
I need help finding the name of an obscure dating series. It is about a man in his mid-40s who made a movie or two a while back that nobody has heard of. He is a real weird dude (who as I remember always wears an odd knit hat). Season 1 is set in new york city i think. Season two he travels around the country looking for a wife. It aired in ~ 2007/2008. It was not a well known series at all which is why I'm having trouble seeing any trace of it.
Some details that I remember: He did a lot of yoga Had a girlfriend who he called his "wonky eyed girlfriend" A lot of the show was set in his NYC apartment I'll more if I can think of anything.
Anyone remember this?
openThe Phantom of the Opera movie that isn't POTO-----Solved!!! Film
Okay, so this film has been driving me crazy for years. Both my friend and I have tried to find it and have failed terribly. I can remember the plot and most scenes in the movie, but not the actual title. I don't know the year it came out, but it was older, because of the cheesy practical effects, such being the whole bright red paint for blood. I also saw it on the tv channel This Tv, if that helps anyone.
The basic plot of the movie is basically a man with a disfigured face (with a mask), due to acid being splashed onto his face during a scene in a play/musical, going on a roaring rampage of revenge in a theater, while stalking the young star of the theater. Hense why it seems so close to the (various) POTO films. However, I've looked at many, many POTO movies, and none of them are the same. The closest one that I could find was the 1962 film version, but it wasn't it. As the 'phantom.' in the movie I'm looking for, only had a half-mask and had long black hair which he put into a ponytail.
As it turns out the the young woman is the daughter of the woman the masked man loved, and she is married to the guy who was also in love with young woman's mother, and ended up killing the mother because he couldn't handle the woman loving the masked guy. The husband was also the person who switched up the water phial with a thing of acid to burn the guy's face, hoping to make the mother love him instead. Obviously it fails, and the mother ends up getting her head chopped off with an axe, the disfigured-man is blamed, and so he falls into a river and is swept away, but survives.
Flash foward a decade or two, and the young woman is doing quite nicely until she is stalked by the masked guy, who in the meantime has befriended a dwarf, and the masked-guy uses hypnosis on her to make her start sleepwalking. There is even a scene where the masked guy kills a woman by dousing her with acid. The woman eventurally gets to the masked guy's layer, which isn't in the sewer, and the husband follows, and is possibly hypnotised? I don't remember, but the masked guy ends up chopping the husband's head off with the same axe used in the mother's murder. The young woman is then chased by the masked guy up into the stage rafters, all the while the guy screaming that he loved her. She ends up choping a rope or two, which causes the guy to fall to his death. Then everyting goes back to normal, until it's revealed that the dwarf still lives and has an obsession with the young woman as well.
I would be very grateful for anyone's help to find this film.
Edited by SarcasticCharmer99openLooking for the title of an old cartoon Western Animation
I am looking for a cartoon that I watched during the late 80's-mid 90's but may be older. It was dubbed in French in my country but may not be French. It was set in a fantasy world and starred a young blonde prince going on some sort of quest. He wears a circlet. He is helped by a talking worm and a talking owl. There is some tree that is important to the story, I think.
The prince is referred to as 'enfant de la lumière', or something to that effect, meaning, 'child of the light'.
I have been hunting for it for ages, any help would greatly appreciated.
openChildren's show Live Action TV
I remember some sort of man in a large costume to make him look like a vulture creature chasing kids through a type of playground. It is just a flash memory and I wish I could remember more.
openA Man in a Beauty Parlor Gossiping
I forget what form of media this was - either a book, a TV show, or a movie, but I am leaning towards TV show.
A man or boy is having an unfulfilling life. He goes to get his hair cut at a women's beauty parlor (I think because his mom goes there) and gets addicted to the gossip. He starts going to the beauty parlor every week and gets obsessed with all of the gossip - he walks in and says something like "Ok girls, give me the dish" or some other traditionally feminine thing to say. This is all played for laughs. Eventually he realizes that he's too obsessed with the gossip and other people's lives and finds something to do with his life.
openExamples of Unwanted Rescue? Western Animation
What are examples of the trope of "unwanted rescue" on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network cartoons?
openA Sci fi novel (short story?) Literature
Where one of the societies uses 'Dataloss' as one of their worst swearwords. I read it sometime before the turn of the century I think. I know it's not a lot to go on, but maybe someone else remembers this in more detail
openAnime / movie name from an osu song Anime
So i was playing osu! and at the start of the song there was a short clip of an anime. It was a girl dreaming about how what will happen to her (while she is in the ocean) and afterwards she asks if she forgot what happend ( and you get a short clip of her looking at an explosion while she is holding her laptop.) Then she asks herself is she forgot how to think at all. Then she wakes up in her room, telling the audience (us) that she isn't lonely, and then checks her message box wich says that she hasn't recieved a message in 2359 days. If you know this anime/movie please tell me. the osu! song was: Porter Robinson & Madeon - Shelter (Official Audio) map made by: Monstrata
Edited by 2foonopenNewspaper Tells the future. Live Action TV
I remember this TV show about a guy who got news paper the day after the current date. He uses these future info to change the present.
I'm looking for a cartoon i watched when I was little. It featured a kid (can't remember if it was a boy or girl) and they had these little pet things which used to hop around and make a noise when they bounced. I think the characters had American accents yet they were quite anime looking . I also remember a few glimpses of episodes, one they made a school for themselves, another they were in a library messing with all the books, another in a dentist, another in a bowling alley and they were small enough to fit into the bowling shoes and play, and another where they went to the laundrette and flooded the entire place out but managed to clean it bedore the boy/girl got back. I probs sound crazy but if anyone knows what it is then please say 😂
