Well, not this time. But Gray has actually died for real before if you remember.
For posterity.
Whew. I remember when this first happened in the manga. Pretty sure I actually laughed...and this is before I fully turned on the series too.
One Strip! One Strip! That first shot on Gray needs the appropriate music.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Gray's death might remind me of a certain Star Wars theme:

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.Well, looks like Gray turns out to be alive after all thanks to Brandish of all characters.
He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.Ah the traitor.
Kill her!
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. So how is this so far? I dropped out after chapter three or four, maybe. One of the earlier chapters.
That...doesn't really answer my question given that I like Fairy Tail and most of the thread seems to have turned on it years ago.
I do dislike Brandish.
She's a filthy traitor. She has no character & I mean that as in she's a terrible person, not that she's a terribly written character though its not like she's a well-written character eitherway.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Oh. Then in that case, you should still enjoy it. Like I said, not too much has changed (though the power scale is even more wonky than usual).
Edit: I'd say Brandish is kinda worse than a traitor. Near the end she refused to fight against Fairy Tail, but she also refused to flat out fight against the Empire either (though taking them to negotiate with August was the most logical course of action for them).
At least a traitor would have actually made a choice. She wouldn't even do that.

One Strip! One Strip!Huh that is true.
Well it does all add up to the fact she is a spineless layabout. If it wasn't for her size-magic, she'd just be a waste of human organs.
Zeref must have really wanted his side to lose by promoting her to his elite guard.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Though I should point out that, from a purely technical stand point, she never really betrayed her side.
She was fighting Fairy Tail at the end. Sure, Dimaria saw through it as her throwing the fight, but...well...nobody else saw that. It's Brandish's word against hers. If anything, had there been other witnesses around from the empire, they'd have seen Dimaria attacking her fellow general after said General had been trying to defeat a member of Fairy Tail. She'd look more like a traitor than Brandish.
We all know the truth though. Brandish is a traitor in a two piece.
One Strip! One Strip!I hope she never memtions August so we can get more "Why was his Majestys Son Not Loved!?"
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Brandish likely ditched Alvarez or it is defunct now. As for Erza.... *Sigh* Fucking hell she doesn't deserve that shit.
Mileena MadnessPssh. Nothing that happens to Erza phases me because we all know she'll just because she's Erza her way out of it.
One Strip! One Strip!Does anyone want to point out the weirdness of Natsu being physically younger than his so-called nephew?
Jesus, this is tasteless.
Just as Mashima intended.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Jousuke doesn't find it weird.
To be honest the death was too bizarre for FT to be real. But I just wish it wasn'f her. Id take the Sand Loser over her.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I have no idea why Brandish is popular.
The same reason any FT girl is popular, tits.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Girl struts around in a Goddamn bikini. Pretty obvious why there.
After all the fandom of Fairy Tail isn’t exactly the most classy bunch.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Give me a break, he's obviously not dead.
