I managed to obtain and capture just enough bones and wolves. I had like 400 pieces of rotten meat.

Soon I got myself an army, made of 15+ dogs. Now I can even provoke Enderman without a Enderman shelter nearby.

Let slip the dogs of war!

Holy shit, playing Minecraft while listening to Silent Hill ambient sounds is terrifying.

Who do I need to message to get whitelisted on the new MC server? I gather the old one was discontinued.

- Then a zombie hit me from behind, drawing all the aggro from the dogs.

Wow, that was a surprise. Planted a spruce tree on this island I've settled on and POOF, the grass near it changed texture.

Does planting trees now change the local environment?

Was it a 2x2 spruce? Cause they turn grass into podzol.

I actually started paying attention to the villagers and the stuff they can trade (some of which can be really good), so them adding more stuff related to them is welcome.

Also craftable variants on Diorite/Granite/Andesite is something I've wanted since they came out in 1.8.

I wonder how that's going to affect the pseudo-village I built in my secret ocean trench lair. It's just a bunch of sales stalls populated with Villagers from a breeder I built, but it's not a village-generating biome.

I think your villagers will be safe, illagers can't go down there

Meant more the trade tables and stuff. Will they just stay as old-school Villagers?

From my understanding, the trade tables for villagers remains unchanged, but trading has become more limited.

You can only trade with a villager once a day per traded item, or two per day if they have access to their trade block.

Tch. So much for selling off absurd amounts of wheat, carrots, and potatoes.

I see that as Microsoft and Mojang trying to force the players not to rely too much on the villages

The Composter is coming, too, don't forget that. You can drop unwanted food, seeds, etc. in there to potentially get bone meal.

Randomly got the itch to play this again. My first new file spawned me smack dab in the middle of a village, but the spawn location fucked up the layout and I deleted it.

In my current file I've dug down to a ravine and already found some diamonds.

Just as a heads up, if you want to check out the new mechanics coming to Java, Bedrock's recent update seems to have added everything else the first update didn't.
