To title a song after something that doesn't appear in the lyrics seems like an odd creative choice and deserves recognition even if it's an Omnipresent Trope.

Non-Appearing Title seems 2 just be "song title isn't mentioned in the song", which I fail 2 see adds up 2 much. Adding it as an example feels like a cop-out becuz of just how prevalent it is. Tons of songs don't have the song title mentioned, and it's most often there's no real reason 4 it.
I'd really like 2 hear a good argument on why it's tropeworthy, cuz I can't think of any.
