I haven't read any of the later ones but I've read the Nylund novels repeatedly. I also read "Cole Protocol", "The Flood" and "Contact Harvest". Favorite is probably ''Fall of Reach".

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Fall of Reach is awesome and made a great game.
Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters.I never played the Reach game, but Fall of Reach was actually my first introduction to the Halo universe. I was a little disappointed when I discovered that the Halo game wasn't as story-rich. The direct sequel to Fall of Reach, the Flood, took place at the same time as the first game and filled in a lot between missions.
But I don't have an Xbox, so I've been out of touch with the series since the third game.
Me and my sister loved those books.
I Bring Doom, and a bit of gloom, but mostly gloom.
So, does anyone else read these?
I was a huge fan of the original trilogy by Eric Nylund and William C. Dietz but have kept up reading the series ever since. I\'m particularly fond of Troy Denning\'s Last Light and am currently enjoying Halo: Envoy which I think may be the best of them all.
They\'re great in the fact the novels have heavily influenced the game lore (except for when it\'s bad like Halo 5) and have kept the itch scratched between ganes,
How about you guys? Any favorites? Least favorites?
