"... But what really is "naked" ? Are we naked from the inside ? All creatures are born clotheless, should religious persons walk around naked, for their creators wished for this ?"
<So he's combat trained, probably, from what he's saying. I mean thinking. Whatever. Wait. Is this thing still on? I didn't mean to think that out loud.>
<Okay, how about the power core next after this?>
Ana picks up her bundle.
"Well, that's an interesting question... But I know I, for one, would get cold if I had to go around naked all the time..."
He then looks over to Xirzan with a face that reads, 'Are you fucking kidding me?' when she gets philosophical.
At Ana's entrance he just throws up his hands, "Let's just have a naked party! Why not!?"

Rylan snickers slightly, though nobody can hear it. <Yeah I know the fiftheen year old kid is combat trained? I get it, my brother I mentioned earlier is a freelance pilot. He taught me a lot of my combat skills, got these for me and... Well you get the point.> He echoes, mostly truthfully (even if there was some small technicalities) as he continues to cut through eventually met by a woosh of plasma cutting through the final piece and separating it.
<Sure, the power core sounds good. What do we need to gather here first?> He says letting the blade cool and return to its standard configuration.

<Well, this one here, that you cut out, is probably the most valuable part of the system, seeing as it contains the CO2 conversion catalyst, which usually is a platinum-iridium alloy. The other parts probably won't go for that much, although the air pumps might be good to get, the ones that look like they're functional, anyway.> Alex hands back the light and sets the tank over by the hyperdrive, ready to be taken back to the shuttle.

Jiko reaches down and cups Lex's face again, running his thumb on her cheek lightly.
"No it's fine," says Jiko, a little flushed at her joke but smirking, "Patricia was...well, let's just say her bedside manner wasn't exactly stellar. But she was one of the best."
Jiko takes a second, staring down at Lex and feeling himself begin to...react again, but stifles it. Now is the time to behave, he thinks.
"David...well, he was a lot of things to me. He raised me since the day I was born...well, sort of. He was fourteen when I was born, but he's always been around," he laughs, "really everything I know can be attributed to him, since he was the one tutoring me every day. He's literally a genius...but a little awkward. Can't stand straight to save his life, loves tinkering around with things." He stops here for a moment, as if getting lost in a memory. If Lex is watching closely, she might see said memory as a young Jiko and a man who can be assumed to be David hacking into a locked door to get midnight snacks.
"You can keep wearing your clothes, then." she says to Ana.
"Friend, I ran into a demon some hours ago, but I eluded it. We must quickly destroy that demon before it infect us all !"

Zak and Ness walk into the room, ready to get some more VR training, when they notice a bunch of people naked.
"Um... Should we just... Leave? Is this not a good time?" Zak asks, his face reddening.
Ness looks away instinctively, having been taught to be prude.
Rylan sheathes the blade and takes back the light, using it to help Alex. Taking the occasional moment to look at the air pumps, looking for workable ones and sending them to his Haven. He can unload these when he gets back on the ship...
Following Alex to the power core after they have collected and move the supplies. <So what about yourself? Any combat training?>

<Space combat, yes. I've done some mercenary work a couple of times with the Starbreaker. Not trained in hand-to-hand or gunfighting, though. Ah, here's the core. This is going to give us a hard time getting it out, it looks like.> The reason is that the power core is a 2-meter-diameter spherical reactor, rather than the more compact antimatter power sources used on newer vessels like the Troperia.
Rylan just looks over the core and telepathically whistles looking at the cables and machines around the room.
<So... Got any ideas to handle this? Blade forced plasma probably won't help i'm guessing...>

<If we can get the core out from this support structure, it appears to be the same diameter as the doorway, so we should be able to push it through. We just have to get it out from all this.>

"Y-Y-Yaaagh!" Greg yelps as he feels Merrick's icy hands in a rather sensitive spot, making him jump. "God, you're hands are like the fucking arctic wastes, man!" he exclaims. Noticing the room getting more crowded, he blushes again. "Ugh, is everyone and their mother gonna come in here now?" he says and quickly scrambles to his feet, grabbing some sort of plate off a rack and using it to cover himself. "...How did I get myself into this situation..."" he grumbles quietly.

<I'm gonna follow your lead on this...> He says clearly unsure of what and how to detach and isolate the core.

Her smiles widely as she notices the reaction, but also decides to be good, though she does rub his side a little, gently, feeling very comfortable.
At the mental image she sighs contentedly, "Sounds like you guys had a lot of great times together. And that you admire him a lot. What happened?"
Merrick picks himself up and dusts himself off before crossing his arms, "I'm aware they are. Thank you, captain. You on the otherhand are quite hot." he says, without the slightest hint he said anything that could be taken in any way beside literal, earning him a glare from Chris.
Ana pulls the cloth wrapped around her bundle off to reveal a 21st century era shortsword. (It's sheathed, luckily.)
"Uh.... You can use this to cover up." She tosses the cloth over to Greg. It should be long enough to wrap around his waist.

Jiko smirks and comes back to reality, looking into Lex's eyes.
"I did admire him. I do. He was the one that helped me get through some of the stupid things they had me do. And...this is gonna sound kinda bad, but he's the one who helped me learn that sometimes you have to break the rules to get by. Never anything major...not at first." His smile fades off into a kind of frustrated look, though he keeps caressing her face to show it's not her fault.
"After I got the Grid installed I kind of took that to heart and...went rogue I guess. David wasn't cool with that at all - he believes in G.R.A.H.A.M. and everything they stand for quite passionately - but he never stopped me. I learned about all the shady dealings they got up to. All the corruption. And..." he pauses again before sighing, "I saw the others. The ones like me. The ones that the experiment didn't work on."
One of the cameras in the room turns and blinks a green light towards the group. As Michael realizes some commotion was going on the lower deck. Transmitting over the intercom to that room alone in a joking tone, barely able to contain his laughter.
"Attention all crew including the Captain in the VR Room; it is reminded that you are asked to please remained dressed in public areas. Thank you!"

<Well, let's see. If you can try and detach this thing from its support frame, I'll see about disconnecting the fuel hoses and cables and stuff like that.> He crawls into the frame and disconnects a hose...and liquid starts to bubble out of it and boil away, due to it being in vacuum. <Oh, shoot, that was a coolant hose, not a fuel supply! Quick, get me something to stopper this with!>
Xirzan runs away.
Meanwhile, far, far away from the Troperia dwells a ship. It's a bit larger than the main ship everyone is in, and is much more organic looking, to the point of looking more like bone than metal, or whatever material is used to make a ship. Plenty of canons are set all over the ship. Some of them suddenly fire, destroying a random floating rock.
Meanwhile, an hooded figure with a single large glowing orb for an eye walks trough the corridors, all of whom are pretty tiny, some organic stuff is leaking trough the wall but it doesn't looks like the ship is really damaged. Despite its appearance, the ship isn't primitive, several computers can be found, with several people from all races, Terrans, Maximatans,Newtypers or even some little grays. They promptly drop everything and make a sign by pointing at the hooded figures with two fingers.
"Zarla've Korzak !"
"Zarla've Korzak !" reply the hooded figure, also making the same sign. It continue walking until it arrives to another figure.
"May Korzak smiles upon you, brother."
"May Korzak smiles upon you, brother. We have good news."
"Do tell, brother."
"The raid on GLX-2000 was cancelled."
The other figure looks dumbfounded.
"I looked forward to the death of these filthy heretics ! Why is this a good news, brother ?!"
"Because someone else did it, brother ! This group include several Terrans, a Xir, a Meteoritter, among else. Think of the power we could have if they could all join us !"
"We would be able to inflict the wrath of Korzak in a truly thunderous manner with this crew !"
The hooded figure lays a four-clawed hand on the other's shoulder.
"And, brother, you shall join them !"
"And convince them to join us ?"
"Yes, but be discreet about it, brother. Remember Zarxon The Cunning ?"
"Who doesn't, brother ?"
"You'll do the same as him ! You will be the one to enlighten these ignorant masses to the light of our god ! Thanks to you, generations of young aliens will be able to discover the true religion !"
"Zarla've, Korzak !" they yell together.
"Korzak truly smiled upon me !"
"Yes, but we shall make some... testings beforehand. Come !"
They both quickly leave the corridor.

"I see. Well, the range for my telepathy by myself is roughly 20 meters. It usually gets longer if there are other people whose minds I can use as 'relays', basically." Dominic says telepathically to Lex.
"Yes. What about it?" He asks Rakiri, slightly confused.
Mitch finishes working on the power cells and walks out of the armory. Sensing a commotion in the VR room, he decides to hover there to see what's going on.
Mitch enters the VR room and sees Greg naked in the middle of the room "Well." He begins, suppressing a smirk. "We probably should make you some fireproof clothes. ...Or not." He chuckles at Michael's joke.

She hears Dom's response and subconsciously nods, Well, you can relay off mine if you need it. Just try not to poke around too much. I have 80 years worth of rather embarrassing things in here.
"No, don't feel bad," he says, putting his hands on her arms and leaning back a little into her, "it's...it's okay." He takes a second before he answers her next question.
"I...I don't know. I mean...he could have stopped me. He could have shot me and ended it, but instead he let me go. He stood to the side and let me go. I mean, yeah I've been on the run for a year now, but still. He gave me a shot...I don't know if I'd hug him or deck him."
