TV anime ? I also watch it when it aired. If i remember correctly, it also had movie version in Japan.
Movie is sequel (and awesome).
I was reading the manga version, but it looks like there's quite a bit of derivatives.
The anime movie is the only thing that I’ve yet to watch.
Although I’m still trying to look for the novels since IIRC that someone translated way back when the show aired.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Rereading the novels to compare it to the anime.
It seems almost close, except that Iku's male siblings aren't mentioned.
The third volume seems to suggest that Dojo wasn't sent to the hospital. Rather, it's someone else.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Happy Reiwa!
Next, I've created the main character page. Hopefully after things are taken care of in Hong Kong, I can start doing a page at lest.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"@Trivalis
- The Viz translation doesn’t mention federal government at all.
One difference is the aftermath of Dojo making an apology is from a different incident.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Having a partial part of the character part up. Very happy now.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"
I just started checking out this series; it had an interesting synopsis.
The idea is that Japanese government has passed censorship laws that allow the national authority (the manga I have said federal government for some reason) to confiscate books. But at the same time, the Library Freedom Act permits local authorities to basically form library militia forces to protect the collections. Iku Kasahara is part of the latter, enlisting in the Library Defense Force. There's some action (battles between the library forces and the "Media Betterment Committee" on the national side) as well as some romance, it seems.
