City Infernal was one of his better ones. Brides of the Impaler,Triage(which also had stories by Jack Ketchum and Richard Laymon.

He's consistently entertaining, though you need to take him in small doses or else he just gets predictable. But Lucifer's Lottery, for one, is pretty great.
