Fan Web Comics is the page of choice for putting webcomics that are basically fanfiction, if I recall correctly. As for namespace, I'd treat it much like any other webcomic.

Correct, it would go in the Webcomic/ namespace. Just make sure you don't put it as WebComic/, or I (the webcomic forum herald) will throw virtual rotten fruit at you.
