Greece VS Rome

Greece and Rome, two fearless places locked in a epic battle that is destroying the world. The Roman gods and Demigods have invaded Greece and are terrorising the cities and landscape. The Greek Gods and demigods are retaliating but so far they havn't done any major damage. If the Greeks cannot stop the Romans, then what was once called 'Greece' will turn into an uninhabited wasteland, and the name of Greece will pass into legend. The Greeks must stop the Romans, or the Greeks will die...

You will play as the Greek Demigods defending Greece, I will play as the Romans and Zeus.

You will need: Full Name: Obvious.

Age: Thirteen-Twenty

Appearence: What you look like, what clothes you wear.

Weapons and Armour: Don't overpower your amrour until you learn how to enchant it or make it stronger, the same goes for your weapon.

Parent: What god your Mother/Father is. You can't be the son/daughter of Hera or Artemis because Artemis is a Maiden and she vowed to have no children and Hera she is faithful to Zeus so she doesn't go off with mortal men.

Abilities/Powers: most of the Abilities your parent has, you can be a little overpowered but not by much.

Personality: What kind of a person your character is.

Backstory: Where you came from and how you realized you were a Demigod.

No swearing.

No godmodding.

Hm, I guess I'm interested, I may post a signup later. Also, this isn't a complaint or anything, can we play as minor gods? I don't mean Olympian ones, I mean the gods lower than that, such as Morpheus and others.

Hm... It depends, you're not allowed to be a 'full god' minor god, but you can be a Demigod that was turned immortal by his parent, but you are still vunerable to flesh injuries. If you can't think of a real Demigod that was turned immortal, then you can make one up, as long as the name isn't silly like Bob.

Ok then, heres my signup I guess.

Name: Caerius.

Age: 18.

Appearance: He always seems to wear a camo-style top along with baggy marine-issue trousers. He always wears a pair of dark black sunglasses to hide the eyes underneath. Said eyes are completely black and if one stares into them they will only see eternal darkness. He is quite tall with a fairly muscular build and rough hands. (I know my description was vague but will it be enough?).

Weapons and armour: He owns a one-handed longsword that seems to be made out of darkness, if you look closely it's perimeter seems to writhe and move as if uncomfortable with being real. (The swords name is Emurphia.) If one where to be hit by the sword they would find themselves demoralised, re-living their worst experiences and always thinking dark thoughts. He doesn't appear to have any visible armour apart from one gauntlet on his right hand, if he clenches that hand into a fist his shadow will fly up and mould into a type of shield made of shadows that is held in that hand.

Parent: Nyx, god of darkness and shadows.

Abilities/ Powers: He is able to control objects and peoples' shadows and mould them into different shapes, he can also detach them from the object that they are made from. He has the ability to make shadows into real things and control them. He is able to shoot a blast of shadows out of his gauntleted hand.

Personality: He likes to keep to himself, preffering a shadows company, but if anyone befriends him they would find him to be a loyal person. He usually acts depressed and is your classical pessimist. He is also very selfless as he would jump into situations that most people wouldn't go for.

Backstory: He was orphaned as a child but was eventually taken into the care of a foster home, he hated it there, he was usually picked on there but he had nowhere else to go. Once he was sixteen he ran away from the foster home and into the care of some shadow spirits. He had no-idea of what they where until they revealed themselves to him and told him of what he was. Once the war started he was called into battle by his mother, Nyx, to protect Greece from the hated Romans. He gladly accepted, taking a place beside his mother in the war.

Ok, I probably did crap there and there are loads of mistakes as it was written hastily. I'll try to edit some out. Is it good enough?

Question: Is this a heavily AU version? For Greece versus Rome didn't exactly work that way in history last time I checked. Or mythology for that matter.
