Hi. I'm just another Troper around here. I used to make anonymous additions under the simplified Leirin handle, but decided I should get my own account. "airportleirin" is derived from an actual existing airport called Leirin in Fagernes, but it was also a name I made up for one of my Kirby fan characters at age 6. I was the first person to add tropes to the Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer page.
To this day I am a big fan of Kirby. I love the MOTHER series along with Zelda (The Wind Waker), Super Mario (RPG), Pa Rappa The Rapper/Um Jammer Lammy, and others, some very obscure and others relatively well-known.
If I'm not on the internet, playing piano or drawing something, I'll most likely be enjoying a good movie or cartoon. I love everything by PIXAR, with Up being my favorite, Studio Ghibli films and clasic Disney animation (of course, I use the term 'classic' very loosely). I love movies directed by Henry Selick - I find James and the Giant Peach to be extremely underrated. I listen to a lot of music, most of it old but I like to be open-minded and accepting of GOOD new music. Some of my favorite bands include Queen, The Beatles, ELO, Human League, and really anything 60's-80's.
