In which Fuuka is some variety of magician

And we return once more. Last time we unsuccessfully hunted after Golden Shadows and stuff. Now let's stop faffing about and get to that Full Moon business!

Okay, that's technically a lie. I may have gone through one last time in search of Golden Shadows. But hey, it worked this time! I beat up a golden Wealth Hand with my newly made Persona, Zouchouten (try saying that 3 times fast) and FINALLY got that Lead Medal. Huzzah! Of course, Mitsuru also "had a bad feeling" as we were looking for an access point, so I decided to high-tail it out of there in case HE arrived. Ah well, that's one particularly troublesome request done. For our troubles, Elizabeth gives us a Toy Bow, which... HAS 100 ATTACK AND 99 HIT WHAT IS THIS. Okay, Yukari gets a new toy to play with now! Okay, that was worth it. But now, back to the action! For real this time.

Right, onto Sunday the 7th of June, with only one day left until the Full Moon. Got a few things I want to take care of today, first and foremost being Tanaka! This time he has... perfume. Tanaka, you have failed me. And to think I trusted you... Then again, 5 medicine is pretty nice... And it's only 3980 yen when we have 91,248, so... Alright, fine! We'll get the stupid perfume! Got plenty of junk to sell off anyway. Right, off to the mall and the Police Station so I can sell off all of this junk. With all that stuff given away, we break 100,000 yen. Yeah, I'm feeling pretty good about myself right now. All that grinding was totally worth it.

Third of all, I received a mysterious tip-off from a trusted source to go visit the shrine on a Sunday this month, so let's head over there. Here we see... Yukari, some other guy who I think might be Junpei, and... Oh, I see why she wanted me to come here. Folks, say hi to Ken Amada. Apparently he knows Yukari and Junpei, so that's a thing. After a brief cutscene we get to talk to all three of these guys. Junpei asks if he's more mature than Ken. Since I know basically nothing about Ken, I say sure to butter up Junpei's ego. Yukari just moans about how Junpei is unreliable. Ken explains that Junpei and Yukari help him out from time to time. How nice of them. Anyway, since I have nothing else to do, let's get back to the dorm. Got a busy old day tomorrow. Oh, I should probably mention that now everyone's wearing their summer clothes. It's... kinda hit and miss. Yukari and Mitsuru look pretty good. The guys, however... Not so much. Ah well, can't win them all. Anyway, time to go study, sleep and prepare ourselves for the Full Moon.

Anyway, the morning of the full moon we decide to go talk to that teacher of Fuuka's to see what's up with that. However, we find that Mitsuru kinda beat us all to the punch with that. As it turns out, one of the bullies is with the teacher, and goes kinda crazy at Fuuka's name. Hmm, seems she knows something about Fuuka. Colour me unsurprised. Yukari recognises the girl from a few days back, but before she can spill the beans Mitsuru cuts in with the obvious "tell us what happened or I'll cut you" question. I do love how straightforward Mitsuru can be. Seems that the teacher is covering for the bully, though. Grr. Seriously, Atlus. Punch button. Persona 5. Make it happen. However, the teacher does reveal that the bully is called Natsuki. And she has a cut-out, so I'm guessing she's somewhat important. Sigh... Wait, no, might be hope for her yet. She seems to be regretting her actions towards Fuuka. Or not. Nope, definitely not. Natsuki reveals that Fuuka was locked in the gym by Natuski's gang on the 29th, but when they came back to let her out, only to find that she disappeared! Also one of the bullies got Apathy'd.

After that, all of the bullies went looking for Fuuka in the hopes of figuring out what happened, only for each of them to slowly get picked off like some horror movie. And Ekoda reveals that he was covering up "for the pupils". Hey, can we summon Pyro Jack and light him on fire? Please? Mitsuru cuts through his bull and points out that Ekoda was really just covering up so he didn't have to report the disappearance to the police. This is the first time we actually see Mitsuru get angry and... well, it's slightly terrifying. Nottomentionincrediblyhot. -Ahem- Ekoda starts stuttering, but Mitsuru ignores him to ask Natsuki if anything unusual happened with the bullies before they went missing. Apparently all of them heard a voice before they disappeared. Hmm. Most curious. This is like something out of one of Junpei's Believe it or Don't sections, I tell you. Yukari and Mitsuru put two and two together, revealing that the reason non-Persona users are being struck down by Apathy Syndrome is the voice. This is actually kinda chilling, since it shows that the Shadows are actively targeting humans. Now why would they go and do a thing like that? Mitsuru explains that after school we're going to meet up, form a plan and rescue Fuuka (finally).

We immediately cut to after school, where Mitsuru explains that our purpose will be to get inside the school campus and rescue Fuuka, since Fuuka managed to get stuck in Tartarus after being locked in the school campus after midnight. Junpei points out that at this point, the hopes for her survival are rather slim, but Akihiko tells him not to jump to conclusions just yet. After all, since Tartarus only appears an hour each day, technically only ten hour have passed for Fuuka. Junpei and Yukari remain sceptical, much to Akihiko's annoyance. He goes on to divulge his plan. We're to enter the school gym and wait until midnight strikes. Sounds like a good plan to me! Akihiko, my respect for you has skyrocketed. Seriously, keep this up and you will go to great places. Maybe even playable character status in some fighting game!

Anyway, I'm going to cut it here and get back to you with the FULL MOON UPDATE (at long last). So, keep your ears closed to any creepy voices and I'll see you at midnight!

Now I feel guilty for not taking that Lead Metal quest...-sighs- Don't care for Yukari much but she at this point, is still a valuable party member.

-laughs softly- Naturally getting to like Mitsuru?

That Toy Bow is useful now, but here's something to keep in mind: Those are the stats for every gag weapon. The last character's bus stop sign halfway through the game? 100/99, just like the Toy Bow.

Oh, but that said, the Toy Bow (as well as any revealing armor you give her) is the kind of stuff she'll swap out her own equipment to get rid of. Yes, that's a thing.
