Prologue: Welcomes and information

Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!

The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

Continue forth onto the next page, and hopefully enjoy your time reading!

I find it kinda interesting that this is the first chapter to have a Baron as a boss, while the second gen has a Baron as a boss of the very first chapter. I am not sure why this amuses me though.

Also, get used to seeing Zyne a lot. His portrait is the most reused in this game.

Out of curiosity, how is the love situation going anyway?

Baron's strike me as an entirely boss related class, what with their weapon mastery and such. Also, I'll be sure to note about Zyne, so that I'm not surprised by all of the recolors (still doesn't beat whateverhisnameis from Sword of Seals. He's not just one boss recolor, he's six!)

As for the love situation, I'm pairing Sigurd and Dierdre (duh), Cuan and Ethlin (also duh), Aira and Holyn (they will make amazing Odo blood myrmidon babies), Jamka and Aideen (passing Ulir blood to an archer with awesome skills seems like a pretty solid plan), Dew and Lachesis (thief skills, sol, and charisma strike me as good for support on the battlefield), and Levin and Fury (no matter what kind of kids they have, major Holsety blood kids with pursuit, adept, and critical is a pretty solid combination).

As for how far they are along, I don't know, but I've made sure Aira and Holyn were always pretty close for the entirety of this chapter, and Aideen and Jamka generally stuck together as well. Levin and Fury joined part way through, so they didn't hang out together too much, but they've got a couple turns under their belts.
