| 1 | * CreatorsPet: Arguably ''Anime/DragonBallZ'' in this game - in addition to the below-mentioned status as a GameBreaker, the series was notable for being the only anime to be released as it's own set (the other 2 sets had multiple series in them) - even the ''Farmer with a Shotgun'' got a card[[note]]for comparison's sake, ''Manga/SailorMoon'', one of the few anime from the 90s whose popularity rivaled that of [=DBZ=], which was licensed by Creator/DiCEntertainment the year before Creator/Funimation licensed ''[=DBZ=]'', was not included at all[[/note]], and the cards were horribly unbalanced. If they had included cards from, oh say, ''Manga/FistOfTheNorthStar'' or ''Manga/SaintSeiya'' alongside ''Dragon Ball Z'', it might not have been so bad, but due to the fact that cards from [=DBZ=] so vastly outranked all the other cards, there was no real point in playing anything else. |
