He can't go through with it, but he is still not in a good place mentally because he now has to live with the fact that he's a murderer. Not only is Aunt Melissa nice and isn't at all a JerkAss, she and Terry are disgusted by the porn and say they will never watch it again. Almost a year later in the video "UNDER THE INFLUENCE", both of them are watching porn and are laughing hysterically. Jesse himself is clearly laughing at the porn in the early video while in the later video he is horrified by it.
