3''Medical Island'' is set at a prison-like medical facility ruled by Dr. Franken, who once ended up on a barren island and befriended Lala the alien mouse before founding the facility. Utilizing an army of nurses, he conducts horrifying surgical operations at his kidnapped patients, who may attempt to escape.

5Until the second half of its run, this comedy/horror series was mainly free of dialogue, and in spite of its highly deformed characters and colorful graphics, it's definitely not for children due to graphic violence and nudity.
