My favorites at the moment are Robert Crumb and the criminally underrated Robert Armstrong, creator of ''Mickey Rat'' and inventor of the term "couch potato." Look him up! He is great! A lot of the cartoon styles of the 20s and early 30s are also favorites for me, among them George Herriman's ''KrazyKat''. |
