!!Lady Lamb's work contains examples of:
* AlbumTitleDrop: From "The Nothing Part II": "That you may ''ripely pine'' in the mammoth nothing of the night..."
** "Heaven herself, the ''tender warrior''" from "Heaven Bent" on ''Tender Warriors Club''.
* BoxedSet: ''In the Mammoth Nothing of the Night'' is a 5LP reissue of ''Ripely Pine''. In addition to the original album remastered, it has re-recordings of songs from Lady Lamb's lo-fi days, including six that had never been released in any form before.
* BreakupSong: "Bird Balloons".
* BreatherEpisode: "Florence Berlin" and "Little Brother" are quieter moments placed between some of the most intense, rocking songs on ''Ripely Pine''.
* CardiovascularLove: Her lyrics often use not just the heart, but blood and ribcages for love symbolism.
* CarefulWithThatAxe: Aly screams some of the lines in "Crane Your Neck". It's rather jarring if you're not expecting it.
* EpicRocking: "Bird Balloons", "You Are the Apple", "Crane Your Neck", and "Taxidermist Taxidermist" are all over 6 minutes.
* LastChorusSlowDown: "Bird Balloons". Rather than end there, it goes back to normal speed for one last verse and then speeds up for the coda.
* LongestSongGoesLast: Played straight on the first two albums. Inverted on the ''Tender Warriors Club'' EP, which closes with its shortest song, "Crater Lake", while the opener "Heaven Bent" is the second longest by a small margin.
* LyricalColdOpen: "Violet Clementine", "Ten", "Milk Duds", "See You", etc.
* LyricalDissonance: She can have rather dark lyrics for her upbeat or calm-sounding songs.
* NonAppearingTitle: "Violet Clementine", "Penny Licks", "Florence Berlin", "Regarding Ascending the Stairs", "Atalaia", "Crater Lake" and about half of ''Even in the Tremor''.
* PrecisionFStrike: "My hair got long, so I fucking cut it!" from "Bird Balloons".
* SelfBackingVocalist
* TextlessAlbumCover:
** ''After'', which only shows an image of people in a field with a mountain in the background.
** ''Even in the Tremor'' just shows Lady Lamb's face as she lies down with her head turned.
* TruckDriversGearChange:
** Inverted in "Violet Clementine", which goes down a semitone and later back to the original key.
** Played straight in "Deep Love", which modulates upwards for the last chorus.
