* The team's goodbyes when Dr. Rosen leaves for D.C. seem unusually heartfelt, until we find out what he does when he gets there. Given the government's treatment of Alphas up to that point, odds are good it was the last time they would ever see him.
* FridgeHorror: Apparently this isn't the first time Kat's gone back to Dylan. And this isn't the first time he's used her once he found out what she can do. And he didn't care if she found out, since in another month or so she won't even remember being used and will just come back to him again. Kat's situation is disturbingly reminiscent of Leonard's in Film/Memento: how many nefarious people have used her in the past, and she doesn't even remember? Is she responsible for crimes that she can't remember committing?
* FridgeBrilliance: In the season 2 opener we see that Rachel has one of those Dyson bladeless fans, and is in pain from all the noises (apparently her sensitivity spiked). The fans make no sound.
* More FridgeHorror in the season 2 finale [[spoiler: The lights go and kill/knockout everything in the area. Including Stanton Parish. If he was a nigh invulnerable immortal before, imagine what he'll be now?]].
* FridgeBrilliance: Stanton Parish's plan for Rosen is almost Classical in its theme, and very in-keeping with his WarriorPoet mentality. He wants Rosen to lead his brave new world of Alphas precisely because Rosen isn't one. He sees Rosen as a Cincinnatus figure: the ordinary man with good intentions and no real desire for power - and therefore the only man to be trusted with such power. It's also a classic Comic Book situation: the BadassNormal is the best leader for superheroes.
