''Confictionery!'' is a (planned) multimedia project created by Mochagatari, aka Tropers/APatchworkScholar and is fourth (officially by concievement date) in the ''Gatari & Friends'' lineup. The series is one of the many that takes place in the world of Mousouzen, but is the first to have no relation whatsoever with the events and characters in the ''DarthWiki/GenjitsutouhiSeries'' (unlike ''[[DarthWiki/NineTalesTheLanternTheFoxAndTheWaterDragon Nine Tales]]'' and ''DarthWiki/EbbTide'').

The series stars a young princess named Jubilee Framboise, who is set up to become ruler of the Syrup District in the massive [[LevelAte Dulcis Kingdom]]. Her parents, being the protective sort, had kept Jubilee barred to the castle grounds to protect her and give her as much time to learn how to be the proper queen as possible. Having become a bit bored of this life, Jubilee takes her best friend and bodyguard Spice Lupin (a cinnamon werewolf) and leaves the castle, deciding to go on an expedition to the neighboring sections of the country and experience everything she felt she missed.

And sure enough, Jubilee and Spice travel all over Dulcis and make various pals in both the neighboring royalty and the various citizens of the numerous states. They even get caught up in some evil plans that need foiling...especially those of the haughty Princess Chocolara and her demon henchmen.

The series was originally conceived on November 23, 2016, starting with the original design of Jubilee and moving from there. It's a WIP series ever since, with character designs still coming out.

On June 14th, 2017, a spinoff known as ''Confictionery × 365!'' was announced, featuring a line of new characters. As of current, the spinoff is simply a line of character designs.

!!''Confictionery!'' shows examples of the following tropes:
%%* AbhorrentAdmirer: Chocolara to Chip.
* AdorablyPrecociousChild: Jubilee. Sometimes her maturity surpasses the older princesses.
%%* AdventureTowns: Each of the food kingdoms.
* AerithAndBob: The character names can range from Spice and Confetti to Timmy and Mel.
* AffablyEvil: For all the havoc she wreaks, Chocolara is less of a legitimately evil villain and more of a [[SpoiledBrat brat]] [[AttentionWhore with a swelled head]]--when she's not trying to take over everyone else, she usually spends time doing her own thing or even trying to do politics sometimes.
* AlliterativeName: A good deal of the kingdom names:
** Cake Kingdom
** Cookie County
** Candy Country
* AllWitchesHaveCats: Kitty, being the Cartoon Cat Witch. Chocolara even calls her a CrazyCatLady.
* AllYourBaseAreBelongToUs: Chocolara's plans usually involve taking over the rest of the Dulcis Kingdom for a [[EvilIsPetty random petty reason.]]
%%* AlphaBitch: Princess Chocolara.
%%** Although she is easily seconded by her cousin Ivory, who is an even ''bigger'' bitch.
%%** And Princess Limoncella, though she grows out of it.
* AlwaysSomeoneBetter: Mel always felt like second banana to her older brother Scotch, hence their strained relationship.
** Also applies to Ivory, who while being lower in rank to Chocolara, is exceedingly better at getting evil deeds done than she is.
* AmbiguouslyHuman: Dulceans. They are described as a very bizarre crossover between food and humanoid--they’re very human, but have a natural and extremely high blood sugar content (to the point it’s syrup) that they are ultimately called a human subspecies or variant. According to Mochagatari, this is to emphasize that they are their own species while also not making them straight-up humanized food.
* AndNowYouMustMarryMe: Chocolara never hesitates to try and get herself and Chip married, whether he likes it or not.
* AnimalMotifs: Honey has bat motifs.
* ArcSymbol: The Confectioner's Anthology.
* AuthorAppeal: Mochagatari enjoyed making dessert-based characters so much she made a series about them.
* BadBoss: Chocolara rarely treats her servants (including Lazarus) with actual respect.
** And apparently, neither does Eclaire.
* BecauseYouWereNiceToMe: Spice was originally a hardly-controlled orphaned werewolf that had stumbled onto the Framboise courtyard--Jubilee’s kindness towards him is what led him to become a bodyguard and brother figure to her.
* BeeAfraid: Queen Bibi and her HoneyWorks, whom are a bee-human hybrid and a colony of giant bees.
* BelligerentSexualTension: Chocolara and Lazarus. Every minute of every day.
* BigBad: As the main recurring villain, Chocolara.
%%* BigEater: Princess Meringue.
%%* BigFancyCastle: The princesses' castles.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: A bit of a recurring theme for the villains, but it mostly applies to [[JerkassGenie Floss the Genie]] and [[EnfantTerrible Truffle]].
* BlobMonster: Molasses, a mysterious monster that crawled out of the Creeping Woods that can shapeshift and impersonate people.
%%* BrotherSisterTeam: Pepper and Spear.
* TheBully: Princess Limoncella acts like a schoolyard bully to the kids.
* CardCarryingVillain: Chocolara never hesitates to remind everyone that she is the bad guy.
* CheapGoldCoins: The Gold. It's actually chocolate coins, which is why the Chocolate Commonwealth is so wealthy.
* CheerfulChild: Pepper, Jubilee, and Milkshake.
%%* ChickMagnet: Mr. Black.
%%** And Lazarus, in his Devil's Food form.
%%* ChildhoodFriends: Pepper and Mel.
* ChivalrousPervert: Princess Moulee. While she is a laid-back and promiscuous flirt, she never gets forceful with her jokes and mostly does it for the sake of being funny.
* CloudCuckooLander: ''Everyone'' at some point but Chocolara, Confetti and Cherie are the prime examples.
* CloudcuckoolandersMinder: Mr. Black and Lazarus to Confetti and Chocolara respectively.
* CoolTeacher: Ms. Kettle, who while being rather reserved, is very connected and social with her students.
* CrazyCatLady: Kitty, who has an entire army of both real and ink blot cats.
%%* CulturedBadass: Mr. Black.
* CuteMonsterGirl: Honey Boo, a candy corn vampire girl.
* CutenessProximity: Cherie. Her first reaction to Jubilee is to pinch her cheeks and coo over her.
* DarkIsEvil: Lord Licorice is based on black licorice and is pretty evil.
* DeadpanSnarker: Spice, Mel and Scotch are very fond of giving lip to the other characters.
* DealWithTheDevil: There's a technical one with Chocolara and Lazarus that worked in the former's favor.
* DefeatMeansFriendship: Licorice and Ivy-Lorraine are befriended by Jubilee after they're defeated.
* DeliberatelyMonochrome: Kitty, Inkwell, and the Ink Cats are all in shades of black, white, and gray, being modeled after old cartoons.
%%* DidntWantAnAdventure: Mel. All the time.
* DistressedDude: Chip is repeatedly kidnapped by Chocolara and her goons so she can marry him.
* TheDitz: Princess Fritter doesn't have a lot going on upstairs.
* DorkKnight: All the main characters, mirroring the cast of ''[[DarthWiki/GenjitsutouhiSeries Genjitsutouhi]]''.
%%* TheDragon: Lazarus to Chocolara.
%%* EdibleThemeNaming
* EldritchLocation: The Creeping Woods.
* EvilCounterpart: Chocolara could be called an evil counterpart to Jubilee or Cherie, being a spiteful bratty princess to their proper and kind princess.
** In turn, Ivory could be called an evil counterpart to Chocolara.
* EyesOutOfSight: Honey's bangs completely conceal her eyes.
%%* FloweryElizabethanEnglish: Princess Sweetie.
* FreeRangeChildren: [[ZigZaggedTrope Zig-zagged.]] Jubilee, Mel, Pepper, and Honey are allowed to basically go wherever they please and do so on occasion, but they usually accompany at least an older person like Spice, Belgium, or Spear out of precaution and for transportation.
%%* FunPersonified: Pepper.
* GadgeteerGenius: Pepper, who calls herself a "handygirl".
* GenderBlenderName: Timmy Teviso, who is a girl.
%%** And Princess Vanille.
%%* LadyInRed: Princess Cherie.
%%** And apparently, her mother, Queen Strawbel.
