The main character and the first introduced member of the club. She is a fashionable girl who made a club with her 3 friends. She also may have [[CuteAndPsycho killed them later.]]
-->First appearance: Minako’s Room
----
* DrivenByEnvy: Her seeming motivation for killing all her friends. She is especially jealous of Gyaruko, who is presented as the closest of her group to her.
* DrivenToSuicide: "Minako's Room" implies that she hung herself some time after murdering all her friends.
* EmptyEyes: "Gyaru Talk" seems to show that she has these naturally, and that her BigAnimeEyes are a result of contacts. She also gets a downright ''terrifying'' example of these after killing the others.
* TheFakeCutie: Originally appeared to be a sweet girl with somewhat relatable self-esteem issues. It's heavily implied that her insecurities have led her to murder her friend group in cold blood in order to claim their defining characteristics for herself.
* IJustWantToBeSpecial: She seems to compare herself to her friends quite often, to an alarming degree.
* IJustWantToBeYou: To a degree with all of her friends as seen in "Pink Bitch Club", but especially with Gyaruko, as we see in "Minako's Room" and "GYARU TALK" where she takes Gyaruko's clothes, imitates her mannerisms and steals her dog Pochi. It's strongly implied that she killed the others to claim parts of their defining characteristics for herself.
* KickTheDog: Fairly literally. It's implied she killed Pochi in order to cover up her burying Gyaruko.
* LipstickLesbian: Maybe not lesbian, but Vivinos confirmed that "the only straight one (out of the group) is Gyaruko", and Minako is very feminine.
* MagneticHero: If one looks at everybody's respective character videos, it seems like the PINK BITCH CLUB formed because the other three members ''do'' fondly regard Minako in some way and see her as a positive influence in their lives (Charlotte sees her as [[LikeAGodToMe her god figure]], VYT-24 sees her as TheCutie of her friend group, and Gyaruko simply believes they're friends and is shown to have helped her out of a bad place).
* NothingNiceAboutSugarAndSpice: Minako's default aesthetic is the bubblegum pop, sugary 2000s flavor of girly popular in turn of the millennium shoujo manga. She's also a ruthless and petty killer, destroying her friend group because of how jealous she is of all of them.
* PinkMeansFeminine: All of the girls are feminine in different ways, but Minako's girlishness dominates the aesthetic of the series, and her primary color is pink.
* PleaseDontLeaveMe: Implied. "Pink Bitch Club" shows her terrified face when all the other members seemingly leave her behind. It's only then when she begins to hurt them.
* ProtagonistJourneyToVillain: We see in the flashbacks of Minako meeting every girl that she likely wasn't all bad before the envy took over and made her kill her friends, not to mention they all seemed to be very attached to her. "Pink Bitch Club" seems to imply that something in her just snapped one day and fueled her desire to get rid of them.
* PseudoRomanticFriendship: If Vivinos' art is to be treated as consistent with the continuity, then she has this sort of relationship with Gyaruko, who only considers her to be a friend.
* PsychoPink: Compared to her friends, Minako is probably the one with the worst mental space. She's clearly obsessed with her friends, uniqueness, lifeless and depressed whenever she's alone, and is kind of delusional. As a result, she kills the rest of her group.
* SincerestFormOfFlattery: The end of "GYARU TALK" shows her imitating Gyaruko's speech patterns and expressions in her final dialogue compilation. We say ''trying'', because she's nowhere near as expressive.
* ShipTease: While the canonicity of it is debatable, Vivinos tends to draw noncanon art of her being flirtatious with Gyaruko. [[DramaticIrony Kind of ironic]], considering [[KillTheCutie what Minako ends up doing to her]].
* VillainProtagonist: If PINK BITCH CLUB is any indication, she killed all of her friends to claim their defining characteristics for herself. Despite this, she is the central character of the web series.

The second introduced character and Minako’s seemingly closest friend.
-->First appearance: Minako’s Room
----
* AmbiguouslyBrown: Downplayed. Considering the fact that she's a {{Gyaru|Girl}}, it's most likely a spray tan. That said, ''Super Battle Smashing Loyalty GAL!'' seems to imply that her complexion was always a tan color.
* BetrayalByInaction: Not her, but the members of her gang who smiled and drank sodas while she bled out on the ground next to them betrayed her in this way. They quickly get their comeuppance by her hand with the little strength she had left.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: We get to see a glimpse of what she was like before meeting Minako in ''Super Battle Smashing Loyalty GAL!''. She was a gang leader who would get into violent fights with others, culminating into her facing off with an enemy gang that fought dirty and stabbed her. Instead of helping her, the members of her own gang stood idly by while she bled out, though she got the last word by kicking their asses with the strength she could muster. The end shows Minako finding her, with the implication that Minako will convert her into being a gyaru girl that she's shown to be later on.
* ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: As the name implies, Gyaruko is an enthusiast of the Gyaru aesthetic. This is ironically zig-zagged by her spotlight episode ''Super Battle Smashing Loyalty GAL!'', which leans more into the Bosozoku sub-culture, which is centered around the activities of biker gangs.
* GyaruGirl: Her most defining trait. She takes from the ganguro aesthetic.
* ManBitesMan: She bites Miyako's hand when she tries to touch her at the end of ''Super Battle Smashing Loyalty GAL!'', [[{{Bookends}} mirroring the cat biting her hand at the beginning of the video]].
* NiceGirl: From what we have seen, she seems to be the least sinister or mysterious character. Even as a gang leader, while intimidating, she didn't appear to be all bad. Or at least not as bad compared to her traitorous "friends".
* RetiredOutlaw: She was a former gang leader prior to being found by Minako. It's heavily implied that the betrayal she felt at the hands of her gang members is what caused her to change her attitude.
* PseudoRomanticFriendship: If Vivinos' art is to be treated as consistent with the series continuity, then she has this sort of relationship with Minako, who she considers a friend.
* ShipTease: With Minako, if [[WordOfGod Vivinos']] art of them is to be treated as consistent with the series' continuity. [[DramaticIrony Kind of ironic]], considering [[KillTheCutie what Minako ends up doing to her]].

A gothic Lolita with a strange past.
--> First appearance: Pink Bitch Club
----
* {{Chuunibyou}}: "Chi no Squi" heavily implies that she has delusions of grandeur. Seemingly solidified by the fact that the "God" she appears to serve is just Minako, a (semi) ordinary teenage girl.
* CreepyCrosses: Associated with her due to her aesthetic. Most prominent in "Chi no squi", especially towards the end when a cross turns upside down when she meets Minako. One is also featured on her "Onigiri Dance" attire.
%%* ElegantGothicLolita: Her main visual trope.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: In both “Pink Bitch Club” and “Onigiri Dance”, Charlotte is shown holding a white plush rabbit with a cross on its forehead. She is also shown to have this plush in official art as a toddler, and a brown teddy bear as a baby.
* LikeAGodToMe: See sees Minako as her lady and savior, represented by her religious fanaticism in "Chi no Squi".
* TheOphelia: Implied in "Chi no Squi", given she is hinted to be delusional and is shown in a white nightgown with rose petals falling and a deranged-looking smile.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: She comes off as somewhat sinister and has red eyes. They might be contacts, though. [[AxCrazy And she burns a mansion full of stuffed animals while laughing maniacally]].

A mysterious RobotMaid.
-->First appearance: Pink Bitch Club
----
* BeatStillMyHeart: Somewhat downplayed since she's a robot, but "PINK BITCH CLUB" shows her corpse with a gaping hole in her chest, implying that Minako quite literally stole her heart.
* {{Expy}}: Of Multi from ''VisualNovel/ToHeart'', as they're both [[RidiculouslyHumanRobots absurdly human-like robots]] who wear maid costumes with mechanical ears. [[https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/download_6_43.jpg She looked closer to Multi prior to her redesign, as they both had short, spiky green hair and similarly shaped ears]]. WordOfGod says she was meant to be seen as an homage to the character.
%%* GiantPoofySleeves: On her maid outfit.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: During "OTOMEROID" she seems to express a desire to be a normal, cute schoolgirl.
* {{Meido}}: She is a robot dressed up as a cutesy maid.
* ReflectionlessUselessEyes: Of the Inhuman/Nonhuman variant. It's most notable throughout "Otomeroid" as they are this way until near the end, when they become shiny after an update. It's implied that this is why Minako unplugs her.
* RidiculouslyHumanRobots: If it weren't for the fact that she's explicitly stated to be a robot and has had scenes in the series where she's unplugged and has her mechanical heart ripped out it would be safe to assume she's just as human as the rest of the group. The end of "OTOMEROID" has her receive an update making her capable of feeling human emotions, though Minako unplugs her before she can make any use of it.
* RobotMaid: She is a robot dressed in a maid costume.
* SweetTooth: She seems to have a liking or fascination with sweets if "OTOMEROID" is any indicator, the lyrics mentioning several desserts such as macarons, castellas and parfaits.
