Laurus: Removed the CardCaptorSakura example: The ending of Card Captor Sakura. So Syaoran will have to give up everything he's ever known and valued in his life, turn down being head of the Li family and get them to go along with this, and somehow find a way to support himself in Japan. But the manga has one page merely explaining that "the necessary preparations were made."
That's all fanon. He moved to Japan, but it's never even implied that he has to turn down being head of the family, or that his family wouldn't support his decision. In fact, it's probably the other way around, since Sakura would be bringing the Clow Cards into the Li family again and that's what he went to do to Japan in the first place.
