Idle Dandy: Cue Twilight Zone theme. The day after I launched this sucker, Thirteen got a last name, and Amber's first name became a plot point.
Alter Alias: This may be a values dissonance trope to some extents, as where in most American programs I've seen last names tend to suggest a level of disrespect here (in the London part of England to be specific) it is common to use last names among friends and colleagues, though this may be partially inspired by the old problem of "too many daves"
