Mark Z: Can anyone explain the Die Another Day example better? Currently it's not clear how the death is at all ironic.
Gus: Seconded. I'll pull it over here, in case whoever put it in never comes back.

fleb: I changed the description to make it non-limited to Villains. It usually happens to bad people--sometimes incidental, unimportant ones-- but it should be possible for good guys, technically.
