That was the only good line in that whole terrible episode. Did you even get the joke. Or was it too intelligent for you.
you walk, i'll run, i'll follow right behind you.Relax. I was just reviewing one of my favorite episodes; I wasn't looking to start any fights.
Princess Aurora is underrated, pass it on.About the line, well, Bart is Bart, so maybe for him it was nice.
"Whoa" Keanu ReevesLisa said that line.
you walk, i'll run, i'll follow right behind you.Regardless of who said it, is that really something you'd want to tell your mother? "Congratulations, Mom. Allow me to show my respect for you by putting you on the same level as the man we now consider to be history's greatest loser." "..."
Princess Aurora is underrated, pass it on.And simpsons is a make-believe tv show. A COMEDY tv show. That line was a comedic reference which made us laugh. Learn to understand the difference between the real world and television.
you walk, i'll run, i'll follow right behind you.Well, if I had known my review was going to cause so much controversy, I would never have posted it in the first place.
Princess Aurora is underrated, pass it on."I'm so proud of you, Mom. You're like Christopher Columbus; you discovered something millions of people knew about before you."
The whole controversy over Columbus' "discovery" bothers me. As if kicking down one of his pegs is supposed to make him fall. Might as well say nothing George Washington ever did was worthwhile because he owned slaves. Which you are free to believe, but be careful not to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
Columbus' claim to fame never was that he was the first to discover the new continent, since even those stupid, dead, racist, white males recognized that there were already people there. It used to be that he was the first European to find it, but the Vikings are no fatal blow. He was the first so far as his own civilization knew, previous journeys having been forgotten.
No, his real solid claim was having navigated straight across the Atlantic (which the Vikings only managed piecemeal) and having established permanent contact between the old and new worlds. Which was a pretty big deal.
"Might as well say nothing George Washington ever did was worthwhile because he owned slaves."
Actually, sratch that. It's a bad analogy. Gives the wrong idea. How about we say you might as well ignore the poetry and novels of Goethe because he was a bad scientist. Sure enough, he was, but it doesn't mean everything else he accomplished was ho-hum.
As an RPG game addict who has the One More Level problem, I liked this episode and Bart as the Black Knight was a nice twist, butt... I didn't like the ending with Knight Bart's entrails being shown :P. I liked Marge as the Elf-Mage (Mages for the win!) Bleh.
In an anime, I'll be the Tsundere Dark Magical Girl who likes purple MY own profile is actually HERE!No it was not a good episode at all,it just proves that on a bad day,Season 11's Denser And Wackier premise can be a lot more serviceable.
The whole thing is arguably just a lot of Were Still Relevant Damnit plastered all over, and lets face it Lisa and Marge Took A Level In Jerk Ass this episode
And it wasn't even funny in the low-brow way you could find in Season 11 or 12,it was just so,..... dull.

The whole thing is arguably just a lot of trying to stay with the times plastered all over, and lets face it Lisa and Marge Took A Level In Jerk Ass this episode for idiotic reasons when Bart was rightfully mad at having his stuff meddled with and Homer for actually doing the right thing.

Luminous beings are we, not this crude matterSorry about all that! Just trying to edit one thing, didn't used to do that (add another comment).
But hey,the point is at least clear *heh* *heh*
Luminous beings are we, not this crude matterNormally, I cannot stand it when people say "Dude, it's a comedy", but with regards to your one problem...
Dude. It's. A. COMEDY!
I'm a Troper!!!Good that you remind us of this after nearly 2 years.
Give light, and the darkness will disappear of itself. It was a forgettable episode.

The MMORPG Episode
This is one of my favorite episode of the show. I daresay I even like it more than the World of Warcraft episode of South Park. The jokes were good and both stories of the episode were interesting in their own right. Here are some of my favorite lines:
Bart: I'm heading off to the Valley of Lagrimmar.
Marge: I'm going to bed.
Bart: But it's only 5:00 in the afternoon.
Marge: Who cares?! I'm dead!
Marge: Bart, you brought me back to life! (notices her character has goat legs) ...as best you could.
Now this was a good episode. :) It did have one drawback, though, in the form of this line: "I'm so proud of you, Mom. You're like Christopher Columbus; you discovered something millions of people knew about before you."
...Worst. Compliment. Ever.
