Foe Yay seems an odd choice given how much 'we're family' is thrown about. I get it's YMMV, but could we find better wording?

Unintentionally unsympathetic? While the game does call her out, it may present phin with more sympathy than she deserves especially since Miles never really calls her out for choosing to strike during her mum’s rally and it could have hurt her campaign especially since she was calling out the very company and man that phin hates and never accepted her blame for causing Rio’s injury
Giving Danika "Rescued from the scrappy heap" seems a little egregious considering that most fans I've seen discuss the game find her annoying. At best you could say she's no longer a Hate Sink
