Does the Didact count as a Complete Monster? Because the Monster page for Halo seems to say so.

Not originally. The Terminals seem to imply that he became mentally unstable after attempting to mutate himself to become immune to the Flood, so if he is listed as a Complete Monster, it should take that into account.

The Vindicated by History entry feels like it doesn't belong. The entry even says it was well received at launch, even with complaints, so it wasn't really "vindicated by history".
