Randall Boggs is the main antagonist of the film. He is Sulley's arch-nemesis who had secretly hired Mr. Waternoose and Fungus to help him in his plan.

Randall is the most villainous character in the film, having Mr. Waternoose and Fungus as his two henchmen.

Waternoose was behind the whole conspiracy and hes working together with Randall as the main antagonists.

Is Irishman and a Jew applicable here? I recall a review which points out that Sully and Mike fit the stereotypes but while Sully is the big guy, he isn't completely naive, and Mike is the little worrier, but not really aware of things in a more subtle way. On the other hand, the voice actors and the 'physical' natures of the characters support the trope. Thoughts?

I think you mean NightmareFuel.Monsters Inc.

Happy editing! Or not, as the case may be.

Why is this in "Western Animation" instead of "Film"?

Because all Western animated films go in WesternAnimation/. just like anime films go in Anime/ along with anime TV series. WesternAnimation.Brave is another example. There has been discussion about it and nothing has changed.
