Can someone explain how this example fits the trope?

Accidentally-Correct Writing: In-Universe. The Newsflash using clips from Basket Case included the part with Belial doing a Groin Attack, leading to Jeff and Ryan misleading Colin into thinking it was "a giant monster with a big penis." In the actual movie, Belial is responsible for a rape scene, of which a snippet makes it into the Newsflash.
