Are you kidding? Due to irrational fears of ever sitting on public toilet seats, it's not uncommon for women to hover above one like a alien flying saucer from the planet Wee-Wee and spray all over the seat.
I have heard many stories of women's restrooms in my day. Zero of them have been pleasant.
