irc.esper.net's #tropers channel is actually pretty well moderated right now. There's really only one mod since it's such a small channel, but he's on practically 24/7. With more people on the channel, more mods could easily be recruited. IRC is an oddly resurgent medium, and I think that TV Tropes would migrate well. I think it's time for a fresh look at the issue, so... Thoughts?
