The YKTTW for Older Than They Look was originally about it, until it was decided it was not OK...

Just read that one. Looks like it originally was about characters that was 18+ bur looked younger than 18. It was than expanded to be about any character being older than they look. Totally 18 is more about being a legal adult or not. In itself, it has nothing to do with looks.
