I'd dispute that NASCAR reference at the end of main. NASCAR does put forth a lot of effort to promoting their product with a family-friendly image, so their penalizing of Dale Earnhardt does not imply that they are taking their cue from the FCC. The example itself is good, but the insinuation that NASCAR bases their actions or guidelines on those of the FCC has no basis.
