Gonna play the Grammar Nazi here: Shouldn't the title be either "Did You Think I Couldn't Feel?" or "Do You Think I Can't Feel?" (preferably the latter)?

Thank you for playing the Grammar Nazi good sir/ma'dam. This troper's a bit wimpy but it's been bothering me too.

How is this trope different from DoggedNiceGirl? I mean, if you switch Alice and Bob here, this trope is the Dogged Nice Guy from Bob's POV instead of Alice's.

The difference is it's a reaction trope rather than a character or relationship trope. This is a typical way for Bob to react to lack of consideration, whether he has romantic feelings or not. He basically calls Alice out on being blindly inconsiderate, not just ignoring his feelings but abusing them as if he didn't have any.
