It's because of trouble with Google, not Fast Eddie saying he doesn't want them on the site. At the moment, all pages with "Rape" in the title are behind a curtain to pacify Google while he talks to them. Murderers Are Rapists isn't picked up on by the curtain.

^All pages with an URL that has "Rape" in it. The curtain is case-sensitive.

Not necessarily. There are plenty of motives for murder that would have no logical connection to sexual violence whatsoever.

It does seem like the trope is just cherry-picking stories. It's nowhere near as a universal trope as the title would imply.
That's weird, I thought Eddie said that there weren't going to be any more rape tropes...
